The principles of the Cerebral Fund believe that the unique combination of accumulating Bank REO property, rapidly declining interest rates, and Nashville’s sustained growth create the perfect opportunity to acquire, manage, and sell property for an excellent profit in a relatively short period. The Fund will only acquire entitled subdivisions at substantial discounts and will hold for a period of 1 to 3 years. The Fund will acquire these properties for 50-65% of value on a case by case basis and plan to leverage the fund by no more than 25%. Properties will also be sold on a case by case basis at the top of the new market.
